Upon checkout, you will be required to provide your contact and shipping information. After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your order will be sent in to production. I’ll keep you informed of progress and send clips of said progress if possible. When your statue has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. The package is coming from overseas and through customs so if there is any issue with your address during the process, that falls to you the buyer. When the package hits the United States, it will be handed over to FedEx.
There are no refunds on these orders unless the item arrives thoroughly damaged, ex. A broken head/arm/leg etc. Small items like utility belt pouches may separate and can be glued back at your discretion. Due to the 3D printing process, some excess plastic may be found inside or around certain parts, which can be removed easily, just be careful. In order for your claim to be taken seriously, you must send a video of the broken item being taken out of the sealed box it came in, with no edits to the video. Again, the video must begin with the box still sealed with the manufacturer’s tape, and the item being pulled out and inspected in the same video, with no edits. Once that is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back, which will be discussed at that time. Return shipping expenses fall to you the buyer.
