Davina Dharti, an ICU nurse whose had more than her fair share of run-ins with cops, criminals, and vigilantes, is awakened as a Hydrokinetic with the ability to heal after the Singularity Event.

Having grown exhausted with the capitalist bureaucracy of hospitals and the Health Care System at large, she tends to the sick in her own way, healing whoever she can, whenever she can.

Now the government agency known only as The Organization, is after her and others like her. Can she continue helping those in need in broad daylight, or must she now call the shadows her home?
